Dr. Falk received his B.A. Degree from Cornell University and earned his Dental Degree from New York University, College of Dentistry as a third-generation dentist. Dr. Falk also completed a General Practice Residency at New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens and a Fellowship Program in Periodontology at the University of Connecticut where he served as a clinical instructor in the Advanced Education General Dentistry Program. Professional affiliations include membership in the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and Valley District Dental Society, where he served as President. Dr. Falk currently serves as President of the local Federation serving the community needs of Western Massachusetts. Dr. Falk and his family, including his wife and two college-aged children, enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle skiing, golfing, SCUBA diving and traveling.
