Your first visit to our practice establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information and give you time to get to know our staff. We can provide the best dental care through open communication with our patients. Please let us know of any change in your health or other dental concerns you may have. We are there to answer your questions and discuss any matters pertinent to your treatment. Please keep us up to date on your insurance status, address and contact numbers and feel free to discuss fees and any financial concerns you may have.
At the first appointment, new patients are asked to fill out a registration and medical history. Links to these forms are available below allowing you to fill them out in advance. A comprehensive dental exam is performed on the first visit which will give our dentists a baseline starting point for your ongoing dental care. This exam will also include diagnostic x-rays and oral cancer screening. Then, in consultation with the dentist, you will be able to decide on the treatment plan best suited to your needs.
